Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Taiwan, and selected international destinations depending on product type and seasonal temperature conditions.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Certain chocolates, particularly nama chocolate and ganache-based products, require low-temperature shipping to preserve their texture and flavour.

During warmer months we may restrict shipments of certain products to ensure quality upon arrival.

Incorrect Shipping Address

CHOCOLATE CARE & STORAGE GUIDE

Chocolate Is Sensitive

Chocolate is a delicate product that responds to temperature, humidity, and light.

Proper storage will help preserve flavour and texture.


Dark Chocolate Bars

Best stored between 12°C and 18°C in a cool, dry place.

Avoid:

direct sunlight
refrigerators with strong odors
warm kitchens

Shelf life
Up to 6 months unopened.


Nama Chocolate

Nama chocolate contains fresh cream and must be stored refrigerated.

Before enjoying:

Allow the chocolate to rest at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.

This allows the ganache to soften and the flavour to fully develop.

Shelf life
Best within 30 days.


Freezing

Nama chocolate may be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Before serving, allow the chocolate to thaw gradually at room temperature.


Chocolate Bloom

Occasionally chocolate may develop a pale surface appearance known as bloom.

This occurs when cocoa butter crystallizes due to temperature fluctuations.

Bloom does not affect food safety but may slightly alter texture.
